“a man came along who was
covered with leprosy. When he saw Jesus, he fell with his face to the
ground and begged him, “Lord,
if you are willing, you can make
me clean.”
w
Jesus reached out his hand and
touched the man. “
I am willing,”
he said. “Be clean!” And immedi-
ately the leprosy left him.”

— Luke 5:12-13 NIV

Divine Health

——————————

In the Bible, 16x sick people
came to Jesus for healing --
He healed every one
& He is the same today:

“Jesus Christ is the same
yesterday & today & forever.”

— Hebrews 13:8 NIV

2. Ask

“if we ask anything
according to his will, (we got it)
— 1 John 5:14-15 NIV

What separates the men
from the boys:

When you pray for healing, and
you don’t feel healed immediately,
faith says:
w
1. I got it, the moment I asked for it.
w
2. I am going to thank God that I got it,
and – one way or the other –
it will manifest.
w
3. Call it done!

3. Trust, Believe, Expect

Like a kid who asks his dad for a bike.
If the dad says yes -- a believing kid
will start making a place in the garage.

The kid does not need to ask the dad every day, “Dad can I have a bike?”

Faith says:
“Looking forward to the bike dad!”

Expect the thing to manifest --
don’t be mopin’ around like
• you don’t believe it is ever
going to happen.
• You don't know if you can
believe/trust what your dad said

“faith without works is dead.”
— James 2:26 NIV

And a woman was there who had been
subject to bleeding for 12 years.
She had suffered a great deal under
the care of many doctors
and had
spent all she had, yet instead of
getting better she grew worse.
w
When she heard about Jesus, she came
up behind him in the crowd and touched
his cloak, because she thought,
“If I just touch his clothes, I will be healed.”

Immediately her bleeding stopped
and she felt in her body that she was
freed from her suffering.

At once Jesus realized that power had
gone out from him
. He turned around
in the crowd and asked, “Who touched
my clothes?”

WWTouch Jesus -- get power.

“You see the people crowding against
you,” his disciples answered, “and yet
you can ask, ‘Who touched me?’ ”

WWHer touch was different
WWfrom the unbelieving crowd.

He said to her, “Daughter, your faith
has healed you
. ...” — Mark 5:25-34 NIV

Authority over disease

“(Jesus) gave (his disciples)
authority
to cast out evil spirits
and to heal every kind of disease
and illness.” — Matthew 10:1 NLT

Norvel Hayes
This preacher was praying about his
daughter’s severe facial skin blemishes.
Smoke filled his living room, and he
went to heaven.
w
Jesus told him that he (Norvel) had
authority
over the disease, and that
he needed to command it to go.
w
NH did, and 40 days later the healing
manifested.
w
During the 40 days, his daughter still had
the disease symptoms, but NH thanked
God, many times per day, that (by faith)
the disease was gone.
